Stay away from this inspection Company. The inspectors have no clue what they are doing. BRIAN was our Ispector. He did not capture leaky basment floor. Did not bother to use moisture tester. Never bothered to open electric panel. We had to ask him if he checked it. later we had to show him where is the panel. Have zero knowledge electrical panel and wiring. He took money for Radon test and we did not hear back about the result. We followed up on it. Seriously these people who zero knowledge on home inspection. they just watch few youtube vidoes and call themselves as "home inpectors". Dont waste your money on this company

Hate to leave a bad review but the things that were missed on my inspection have ended up being very costly such as inability at pointing out asbestos tile, a collapsed gutter

1st Look Home Inspection took a systematic, comprehensive look at two homes I was interested in purchasing. Based on Kurt’s recommendation, the first was not purchased and the second was. Brian from First Look Home Inspections came out to inspect the house I am looking to purchase. I arrived a few minutes early, and he was already at the location preforming the inspection. I was pleasantly surprised, as most contractors today never show up when they say they will. He did a very thorough inspection. We found many things wrong with the property, but most of them were simple fixes. I opted to do the sewer line inspection, and I am glad that I did. The sewer inspection showed that roots were growing into the line at the pipe couplings. Most of it is somewhat normal, but we did find a set that were thick enough to stop the inspection scope in its tracks. It was nice to know this so that the issue could be remedied before sewage backed up into the house. I am very glad my amazing realtor recommend First Look Home Inspections. I now know what we are getting into with the purchase of the property. I would recommend adding some of the additional services provided to your next home inspection. A few dollars now could save you thousands in the long run. The very detailed report also helped us negotiate the cost/have repaired completed prior to closing. If you need a home inspection company, look no further First Look Home Inspections is the company to hire!
